I believe in working together with my clients to help them accomplish their wellness goals. I am not a "Healer", but rather a facilitator of each client's own self-healing work. I am trauma-aware and lgbtq+ affirming (and self-identifying.)
I am here on the planet to hold healing space. Whether we're working through whiplash from a fender-bender, or stagnant old trauma energy stored in your body, healing is vital not only to each of us as individuals, but also as a species, and a living planet.

I have been lucky enough to live my life so far surrounded by the wild beauty of the Northwestern US. I am happy outside in the woods, floating a river, swimming in an alpine lake, or meandering along the shores of the Pacific. I am an avid nature photographer and animal lover, as well as holding deep appreciation and gratitude for the healing power of music and ecstatic dance.

I have been practicing massage and energy healing since 2013, after graduating from the Oregon School of Massage in Portland, OR. I was drawn to OSM for their wholistic mind/body/spirit approach to bodywork. I had already been working with Energy Healing in various forms long before massage school, working with Ancestral Teachers, Spirit Teachers, and Human Teachers to understand and use my intuitive gifts in service to the higher good. I feel blessed to be able to combine the magic of hands on therapeutic healing massage with the subtler forms of energetic healing.

What I love about massage is that every single massage therapist has something different and unique to offer. They say there are as many different kinds of massage as there are massage therapists, so there is something for everyone.
